Laboratory & its staff are committed to continually improve the effectiveness of the management system through review and training to all employees and to make the laboratory known for its quality of services. Laboratory also follows ethical practices which includes impartiality and confidentiality and its compliance.
Lab Quality Objectives
It is the objective of this Laboratory to function as an independent and impartial third-party laboratory and to continually improve upon by ensuring the following,
- To continually maintain a management system committed to ISO/IEC-17025:2017 and establish and implement it throughout the laboratory.
- To upgrade and enhance the skills of the employees through continuous Training.
- To Complete jobs in stipulated time frame, with accurate & reliable results to enhance customer satisfaction.
- To Participate in proficiency testing program and Inter Laboratory Comparison program for reliability of analysis.
- To Maintain the measurement traceability by way of getting calibrated all the equipment from accredited laboratories.
- To adapt to national and international standard methods.
