Mr. Govilkar had held various high-level positions like Associate VP at RMC India and Head of Technical at ACC Ltd. Currently, he holds the position of Managing Director at Avan-tech Lab Pvt. Ltd., where he continues to contribute his expertise and leadership in the industry.His expertise encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including R&D in product development, conducting tests on hardened concrete to assess performance using different durability tests, and developing new construction industry products. He has also contributed to the evaluation of rock quality in quarries to support the aggregate business, conducted internal quality audits of the ready-mix concrete process and provided guidance in quarrying and crushing processes.He is a member of prestigious organizations such as the Indian Concrete Institute, Institute of Concrete Technology, and the American Concrete Institute.
Mr. Ganesh Kaskar
Mr.Kaskar has been actively involved in the Ready Mixed Concrete (RMC) industry since its inception in India. Mr. Kaskar started his career at RMC Readymix (India) Pvt. Ltd.,where he served as the Sr. General Manager (Operations) from 1996 to 2001, and subsequently as the Executive Director & CEO until 2013.
During his time as President of the Ready Mixed Concrete Manufacturers’ Association (RMCMA), he played a pivotal role in the development and implementation of the Quality Scheme for RMC
Mr. Venugopal Panicker.
Mr. Panicker served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the RMC business for nearly 17 years. Subsequently, he assumed the role of CEO and Executive Director for the RMC Division of Prism Johnson Limited.
He is a registered Insolvency Professional with the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India. With extensive corporate experience, his strengths lie in General Management, Strategy, Finance, Compliance, and Human Resources.
Mr.Vijaykumar Kulkarni
Mr.Vijaykumar Kulkarni is a B.E. Civil Engineering Director at Avan-tech Lab Pvt. Ltd. former principal Consultant to the RMCMA, Co-Chairman of the Technical Board at the Indian Concrete Institute.
Mr. Kulkarni is a renowned expert in the concrete industry. He has significantly contributed to the establishment of a quality scheme for RMC in India. he is an active member of multiple BIS committees focusing on content and concrete.
Mr.Suhas Dhuri
MR. Suhas Dhuri is a B.E Civil Engineering from VJTI , Mumbai. Director at Avant-Tech Lab and Research Centre Pvt. Ltd.
He has worked with ACC Ltd for more than 25 years in various divisions like R&D, product development & ready-mix concrete. Total experience in the construction materials Industry is more than 35 years. He has also been involved in material testing , mix designing and identification of new materials in the Building material industry.
